FAQ
Do I need experience in front of the camera?
Not at all. I’ve worked with many clients that aren’t professional models and I always hear the same thing, “I’m nervous because I have never really posed or modeled for the camera outside of taking selfies or photos with friends.” No problem, I’ll guide you through posing, expressions and body positioning throughout the shoot so you never feel like you are figuring it out on your own.
Will you help me pose?
Yes.
What should I wear?
Typically I will suggest wearing solid colors and avoid busy patterns because that can be very distracting, especially for headshots. For creative portraits there is more wiggle room depending on what the overall mood it is you are going for. I am always available to provide wardobe advice beforehand to help you make the right choice. For larger packages I do recommend bringing mulitple options.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Most galleries are deliverd within 72 hours with rush delivery available for clients that need the images sooner.
How do I reserve my session?
A 30% retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, the retainer is unrefundable.
Can I purchase additional edited images?
Yes, additional edits can be purchased for $45/ photo.
Are studio sessions available?
Yes. Outdoor sessions are included with every package, and professional studio sessions are available for an additional fee. I reserve a studio specifically for your session so we can choose the space that best fits your style and goals.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be applied to a new date as long as I receive at least 48 hours' notice.
